I’m so excited to share some special news—my original paintings from my Coastal Collection have officially found their new home at Ria Leigh’s Gallery in beautiful Grayton Beach, Florida!
Last weekend, I had the absolute joy of attending the gallery’s Grand Opening, and it was nothing short of magical. The space was filled with an incredible mix of artists, collectors, and beach-loving locals, all celebrating creativity and community along our scenic coast.
A Night to Remember
The evening buzzed with live music, laughter, and the hum of conversations about art. Each wall was alive with color and texture, and I couldn’t help but feel honored to see my Coastal Collection hanging among so many talented artists’ works. The tones, brushstrokes, and beach-inspired hues felt right at home in the gallery’s airy, light-filled space.
And here’s the part that still makes me smile—I was the first artist of the night to sell a piece!
Watching someone connect so deeply with my work that they wanted to take it home was such a humbling and joyful moment. It reminded me why I paint in the first place—to bring peace, beauty, and meaning into someone’s space.
The Heart Behind the Coastal Collection
This collection was inspired by the soft, neutral tones of the Gulf Coast—sunlit dunes, shifting tides, and the endless horizon. Every piece reflects the tranquility and awe I feel living near the water, with brushstrokes that carry a sense of movement and calm. My hope is that these works bring the same peace to their new homes that the ocean brings to me.
